SUMMARY: Responsible for the growth and profitability of the regional operations while providing and promoting the leadership, vision, support, direction and enforcement of company policies for all operations within the region and area served. JOB DUTIES Provide leadership and ongoing training to all employees Communicate efficiently, both verbally and in writing Enforce all company policies, procedures, code of ethics and initiatives Provide education and training in safety, sales, production and administration to employees Proper time management and resource allocation Sales, production, cost management, employee management and safety tasks Promote and nurture productive and cooperative company culture and environment Develop, train and manage employee performance including hiring, termination, discipline, development and management Provide support and enhance client relationships and growth and resolve client issues Manage sales efforts to maximize sales for existing and new customers Manage operations and company resources for maximum efficiency Monitor equipment and confirm DOT compliance Manage profitability through cost control, planning accounts receivable collection and other methods Identify and implement improved processes React appropriately in an emergency situation Report timely and accurately to supervisor
